Pam Smith has been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She has worked in multifamily housing property Management and Apartment leasing since 2000. In 2004 obtained her Real Estate License. She worked on a team, for Coldwell Banker, soaking in all she could under agents that had been in the Real Estate Industry for years. Pam went off on her own to Prudential, (Now Berkshire Hathaway). Shortly after had her son Logan. When Logan was just about a year old, she sat down with Willie Miranda, and since then, 16 years as of March 2024, has been with his company since. Willie brings so much to the table, with ongoing training. Weekly mastermind meetings, that continually keeps all of the agents, up to date on all Real Estate.
Her Expertise and knowledge of the Capital Region, and the surrounding area's is a great benefit when searching for your future home or selling your current home. Pam's first priority is to make sure her clients are comfortable with the Real Estate process. She listens to her clients wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. She works hard to ensure that the buying and selling process is fun, easy and stress free.
Besides Real Estate, Pam is quite the Entrepreneur. Her, Logan is her gift from God. She had a hard time getting pregnant, and he was her special gift. She wanted to be with him and enjoy every bit of him growing up. Pam was head of the Parents Association in his Elementary school, fundraising, running, bake Sales, color runs, Gala's. Right through middle school and High school at Christian Brothers Academy. Mother Son Communion Brunches, Father Son dinners, Craft Fairs with 120 vendors, tailgate parties. Her husband Shawn of 22 years is a Chef, (now Director of Operations of 6 Kitchens at Regeneron) this gives them, a few times a year doing a few private, Cocktail, holiday parties together.
Pam is looking forward to making many more memories with her clients, for years to come!
